Shipping Policy

We currently ship to U.S. Continental addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Other Territories, and PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Free Standard shipping (1 to 3 business day transit)
Free Economic shipping to Puerto Rico (5 to 8 business day transit)
Free Standard Shipping Other Territories, PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses (2-5 business days transit)
International shipping to Canada, UK, and France. Starting at $19.99 for one bottle. Total Shipping Cost and estimated time of arrival will be calculated checkout. If your location is not listed contact our Customer Service Team.

PROCESSING
We process orders Monday through Friday until 4 p.m. EST, excluding holidays. Orders placed after cut-off time are shipped next business day.

 

Shipping Charges & Tax

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) acceptance of the order. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, if applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) invoice. 

 

 

Risk of Loss

Title to products passes from FullLifeDirect.com (a FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) to Customer on shipment from FullLifeDirect.com (a FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) facility. Loss or damage that occur during shipping by a carrier selected by American Organic Food Company (a FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) is FullLifeDirect.com (a FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer’s responsibility. 

 

 

Return Policy

 FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC) products that are purchased directly from FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) by end-user Customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) in effect 30 business days on the date of the invoice. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging, if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. Be sure you are ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC’s discretion. When returning a used or open product, the maximum amount to be refunded will never exceed 50% of the amount paid at the time of purchase.


If you want to return an item, send an email to support@fulllifedirect.com, including your Order number, email address or telephone number used to purchase your order; or call our Customer Service Team at 800-305-3043 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST to have a return label issued.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from your refund if the item is open or used unless you decide to use your own return shipping method (US orders only).

REFUND PROCESSING
Refund will be issue within 3-5 business days upon product arrival.
