Return Policies

FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC) products that are purchased directly from FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) by end-user Customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with FullLifeDirect.com (a DBA of FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC.) in effect 30 business days on the date of the invoice. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging, if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. Be sure you are ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us. If a returned item is open or used, any refund shall be at FULL LIFE DIRECT LLC’s discretion. When returning a used or open product, the maximum amount to be refunded will never exceed 50% of the amount paid at the time of purchase.

If you want to return an item, send an email to sales@fulllifedirect.com, including your Order number, email address or telephone number used to purchase your order; or call our Customer Service Team at 800-305-3043 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST to have a return label issued.


Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from your refund if the item is open or used unless you decide to use your own return shipping method (US orders only).
Refund will be issue within 3-5 business days upon product arrival.
